Aug 01, 2012  Shear resistance of slabs made with recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) was studied. Slabs were loaded until shear failure occurred in a four-point-bending test. Slabs made of RCA showed similar crack distributions as the reference slabs. Predictions and the standards showed good correlation with experimental results.
